Our outdoor fitness sessions are designed specifically for women who want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in their bodies. Training outdoors brings a refreshing change from the gym environment, combining fresh air, energising workouts and a supportive community.
Each session focuses on functional strength training, helping you build lean muscle, improve endurance and move better in everyday life. Strength training is one of the most powerful tools for women’s health – it helps boost metabolism, improve bone density, support hormonal health and increase overall energy levels.
Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises that can be adapted to meet you where you are. Whether you’re returning to exercise, looking to complement your running, or wanting to challenge yourself with something new, our sessions will help you get stronger week by week.
